2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (I use...Hummus recipe:<br />2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (I use one can/don't have to cook)<br />1/4 cup lemon juice<br />3 tbsp sesame seeds<br />2 tsp garlic powder or two fresh cloves<br />1 tsp salt<br />1/2 cup water<br /><br />Blend all ingredients until creamy and chill<br />Serve with vegees or pita chips.
